 ScheduleNurseⅢ has updated the lower bound of Instance 15 from 3829 to 3830. The upper bound is 3831, so only one step is required to reach the exact solution. Unfortunately, it took around 100 hours to get the value due to the enormous branching tree. I think that is the final answer of ScheduleNurseⅢ.
