ScheduleNurseⅢ breaks the world record of Instance15 in Scheduling Bechmarks

 Applying a new branch algorithm, I found the new record on instance 15 in scheduling benchmarks within 20minutes.

Machine:E3-1226V3 3.3GHz

I ran several hours, but I could not find any better solution beyond 3831.

It looks pretty long-running will be required to update the current lower bound 3829 because the branching tree is enormous.
